Faker’s Galio 0001 is at auction: top bid hits 1.22 million yuan

Galio, Indefatigable in the serialized version with Faker’s gold signature

The 0001/2025 copy of Galio, Indefatigable with Faker’s gold signature — the only card carrying that serial in the Simplified Chinese printing — is up for auction on the Chinese platform JiHuanShe. A screenshot of the listing posted on r/riftboundtcg shows the leading bid at 1,221,111 yuan, roughly $182,000, with 238,218 views and 1,567 people watching the lot. Bidding closes on Sunday, September 20 at 23:00 China time, 17:00 in Italy. Read the number for what it is: a live bid, not a completed sale.

The lot is listed as «符文战场 2026 简中 T1S·003*/005·SC Promo(签名) 加里奥, 不屈卫士» — the signed Galio, Indefatigable promo from the T1 series, Simplified Chinese printing. The card is neither slabbed nor graded: the listing files it under 流通品相, the «circulated» condition Chinese platforms use for a raw, already-handled copy.

User OKKARD holds the top bid at 1,221,111 yuan. Right below sit four bids that were outrun by a hair: 1,220,750, 1,220,500, 1,220,250 and 1,220,000 yuan. The minimum increment is 250 yuan — barely thirty euros on a seven-figure number — which is exactly why the final hours can still stretch the price.

The cardWhy 0001 is worth forty times 0002

The T1 2025 Worlds Champion Signature Edition is the $360 box Riot distributed by drawing in August, 10,125 copies per language across English, Chinese and Korean. Each box holds the five cards picked by the T1 players, and exactly one of those five is serialized from 1 to 2025 and carries that player’s signature printed in gold — which player you get is random. That means 2,025 signed and numbered Galios per language, but only one number 0001 each, and the Simplified Chinese one is the card on the block right now.

The gap to the other two copies the same seller has listed says the rest. These figures come from the Reddit thread rather than the screenshot, so take them as reported.

There is a precedent, too. On September 4 the community account RiftboundCN announced that the Chinese Galio 0001 had sold for 700,000 yuan, around $104,000. If this is the same copy — and there is only one 0001 in Simplified Chinese — the piece came back to market within two weeks and the ask has nearly doubled. Neither figure is confirmed by Riot, which has nothing to do with these sales: this is private trading on a third-party platform.

mechanics

250 yuan a step

The minimum raise is fixed: anyone who wants the lead has to climb 250 yuan at a time.

Why it matters to us. English Signature Editions are the ones circulating in Europe, and there too only one 0001 exists per T1 player. A seven-figure Chinese auction becomes the anchor buyers and sellers on eBay and CardTrader use to price signed and serialized copies, including the ones with ordinary numbers. The reverse is just as true: high bids on a single lot do not make a price list, and the serialized market stays thin and very easy to misread. Before you buy or sell, check how many copies actually changed hands, not how many were asked for.

If you want the card and not the relic, the regular Galio, Indefatigable is an Unleashed Rare and plays exactly the same: identical text, different frame, signature and number. We told the English side of the story when one copy came back from Beckett with a 10 Pristine, Riftbound’s first Pop 1.
