PRIZE RULES
Zone Weekly and Monthly Zone are free, with two booster boxes a month offered by our official partner Games Time Pavia. Everything you need to know to take part.
🤝 Prizes offered by our partner (Weekly and Monthly free)
Since 20/09/2026 Games Time Pavia (@gamestimepavia) is the official partner of Riftbound Zone and provides two booster boxes a month: one for the Zone Weekly events and one for the Monthly Zone. Both tournaments are free: no ticket, no cash prize pool.
This is the starting point: if we see interest we will raise the bar, with bigger prizes and a Monday tournament too.
Zone Weekly
The community’s recurring fixture: every Sunday at 21:00 (Rome time), free, starting 20 September 2026. Max 16 players, 3 Swiss rounds, no top cut. Voice on the official Discord is mandatory, even just listening. The weekly is neither streamed nor judged: for rules and interaction questions there is Vander, our Q&A bot drawing on RiftJudge, in the ❓・ruling-questions channel.
Prize
- 🎁 One booster box a month, offered by our official partner Games Time Pavia. Every week we reward Sunday’s podium: 🥇 1st 3 packs · 🥈 2nd 2 packs · 🥉 3rd and 4th 1 pack each.
- 📦 Stacking and opening: packs won in the weeklies stack up until the next Monthly Zone. Openings happen live, usually on Monday, straight from the store. The cards you pull are yours.
- 🚚 Shipping: if you want the cards shipped to you, shipping is at your cost.
- 💶 Alternatively you can sell them straight back to the store at 70% of their value, or 80% in store credit: the credit stacks too.
- ⚖️ Weekly standings: they are the final standings of Sunday’s tournament (Swiss rounds with GW% / OMW% / OGW% tiebreakers), so no tiebreaker matches are needed.
- 🎯 Weekly leaderboard points — podium scaled by entrants with a 4-point cap for 1st (3 with 4-5 entrants, 4 from 6 up). They count towards the ranking of the current expansion cycle — see leaderboards and the table below.
- 🏅 The winner of each night gets the Discord role Last Weekly Champion, held until the next night.
Decklist
In Zone Weekly the decklist is not mandatory. You can play without submitting one. If you want to create it for your personal history, use the Deck Builder.
Monthly Zone
The community's monthly event: free, judged and streamed by the staff. More structured than the Zone Weekly events, designed for those who want a serious tournament with a judge present and stream visibility. Open to everyone.
Prize

- 🚚 Shipping and buy-back as for the Weekly: shipping at the winner's cost, or sell back to the store at 70% of the value or 80% in store credit.

🎯 Leaderboard points
The Zone Weekly and Monthly Zone events award points for the community's weekly leaderboard (cycle tied to the current expansion). The more tournaments you play and the better you place, the higher you climb. The full leaderboard is at /classifiche/.

The podium widens as entrants grow, with a 4-point cap for 1st place. Participation: 1 point always. Mid bonus: +1 up to mid-table.

👑 Monthly Zone — scaled podium (free, 6 cap for 1st)
Same logic as the Zone Weekly events, in a monthly version: the podium widens with entrants, but the cap for 1st rises to 6 points (instead of 4). Participation 1 point always, mid bonus +1 up to mid-table.
