The Riftbound Meta at RQ Utrecht: the Best Deck for Every Legend
The Utrecht Regional Qualifier is the sharpest snapshot yet of the Riftbound competitive meta: 39 decklists — the placement-based Top 8 plus the best deck (and pilot) for every other Legend in the tournament. We imported all of them into our deck builder — click a deck's Legend to open the full list, complete with stats, energy curve, export and proxies.
Official decklists published by Riot Games in the article «Utrecht's Top Decks». Card mapping and import into the deck builder were handled by the Riftbound Zone editorial team. Three lists (Marshall's Ivern, urlichmtg's Rengar, tkbtkbtkbtkb's Rumble) come in at 39 cards: Riot's JS source does not expose one main-deck card, which we'll add as soon as it's available.
OverviewThe Utrecht meta by the numbers
A quick note on how to read this list: Riot published the Top Decks of Utrecht — the placement-based Top 8, plus a selection of the best decks across the rest of the field. In practice that means one deck per Legend: 39 lists, 39 different Legends, with only Master Yi appearing under two distinct Legends (Wuju Bladesman and Wuju Master).
It's a valuable snapshot of the meta: the spread of domains is balanced, all six remain competitive, and among the Legends represented control is the most common approach — even though the Top 8 rewarded aggressive and tempo decks (Sett, Rek'Sai, Annie). Master Yi, the most-played deck of the event (10.2% on Day 1), was the notable absentee from the top eight.
| Domain | Decks using it |
|---|---|
| Order | 14 decks |
| Body | 14 decks |
| Calm | 13 decks |
| Fury | 13 decks |
| Mind | 12 decks |
| Chaos | 12 decks |
