Radiance drawing opens September 25, Europe included
You will not be able to simply add a Radiance Booster Display to your basket on Riot’s own store: it goes out by drawing, and the sign-up window opens in two days. It runs from September 25 to 30, and the announcement names North America and Europe outright. Anyone selected gets an email with a purchase link and 24 hours to complete checkout; orders start shipping on October 23.
How it worksOne display per player, and luck does the rest
The announcement is short and precise: players in North America and Europe can sign up to be selected to buy one Radiance Booster Display from the Riot Games Merch Store. Signing up guarantees nothing at all — it is an application, not a preorder. The form lives on the Merch Store registration page, the same one used for previous rounds, and it goes live on the 25th.
The wider rules of the system, which Riot keeps in a separate drawing FAQ, are unchanged: selection is random, with checks that only confirm the account is genuine; anyone drawn gets a cart link valid for 24 hours; if they do not buy, the slot goes back into the pool and someone else is drawn from the players not yet selected, and so on until stock runs out. Two practical warnings come from that same page, and they catch people out every single round: mail from riotgames.com must not land in spam, and it is worth checking now, not on the 30th, that you can still log into your Riot account.
The datesFive days to sign up, not forty-eight hours
The one thing that has changed since last time is how long the window stays open. Vendetta gave players a flat 48 hours, September 8 to 10; Radiance gives five days, the 25th to the 30th. Riot’s stated times are 9:00 AM PT, which is 6:00 PM in Italy and most of Western Europe.

October 23 is worth a second look. Riot’s drawing FAQ says that products won through a drawing begin shipping on the day the product launches globally: put the two pages side by side and that date is the day Radiance reaches shelves worldwide. The announcement itself, however, never spells it out.

A five-day window opening at 9:00 AM PT on the 25th. You need a working Riot account and an inbox that will not bin mail from riotgames.com.
From October 5
Selection starts around 9:00 AM PT and continues in waves while stock lasts, so missing the first round does not mean missing out entirely.
What is missingThere is no price
No figure appears anywhere in the announcement. The Vendetta Booster Display sold on the Riot store for 119.99 dollars, or 127.99 euros plus shipping and handling, but that number belongs to a different set and should not be assumed to carry over to Radiance. There is no list of the European countries the store will actually ship to either: if yours is borderline, check the store’s shipping terms before the 25th.
One coincidence is worth filing away. September 25 is also the day Radiance preview season begins, at the Los Angeles Regional Qualifier: the first cards from the set will surface in the same hours the form goes live. Anyone who would rather see what is in the packs before applying still has until the 30th.
Why it matters here. «Europe» written plainly in a Riot product announcement is worth marking down: for once the official channel is not reserved for players living in the United States, and a sealed Radiance display can be chased at list price instead of through resellers. Against the bottleneck of European stock, for players in Italy this is the only route that does not carry a middleman’s markup. And it is a route with a deadline: miss September 30 and there is no second chance.
