Seraphine, Starry-Eyed Songstress: an unconfirmed Legend
Images of Seraphine, Starry-Eyed Songstress, a Legend from the Radiance set, surfaced on r/riftboundtcg on the afternoon of September 22. The card text cuts the cost of a spell by 2 if you exhaust Seraphine and three friendly units. Two versions are circulating, RAD 151/167 with a promo stamp and an extended-art copy numbered 174/167. Riot has confirmed nothing: September 22 is not on the preview calendar, which starts on the 25th in Los Angeles.
The cardThree exhausted units for two energy off
The line under the art reads LEGEND · SERAPHINE, the title is Starry-Eyed Songstress and two domain symbols sit in the top-left corner. There is a single line of rules text: "As an additional cost to play a spell, you may exhaust me and three friendly units to reduce the cost of that spell by 2." The art is signed by Naifan Zhang, with a 2026RGI copyright line at the bottom.
If the card is genuine, it would be Seraphine's first Legend in Riftbound. So far she had only appeared as Seraphine, Not Alone in the Riftbound x T1 2025 Worlds Champion Collection, never in a main set.
The videoA freeze frame, a foil and a number past the total
The busiest thread is not the clean card image posted by u/TheLonelyPoroBH but the one from u/ColCavalo: it shows the same Seraphine in a freeze frame from a video, a physical card catching the light, with subtitles reading "We wanted to show Seraphine". There the collector number is not 151/167 but 174/167, past the size of the set, the numbering used for extended-art treatments. A third thread, opened by u/LiamHz, points to the same video.
Comments dwell on the art rather than the rules: Seraphine is drawn mid-song, eyes shut and bent over the microphone, and the thread turned into a game of guessing the track. On gameplay the mood is cooler: "NOOOOOOOO SHES BAD. I wonder if I can just stick her in the viktor slots and get away with it", writes u/That0neShot.
151/167 and 174/167
The 167-card total matches what Neeko showed when she was previewed on the LCS as 167/167. A number above the total points to an alternate treatment.
Not a preview day
Riot's published plan has previews on September 18 on LCS and LEC, then September 25 in Los Angeles and daily drops from the 28th. The 22nd is not on it.
Why it matters here. From September 25 Radiance previews become a daily affair and the official Card Gallery refreshes at 5pm PT, which is 2am in Italy: following the #RBRadiance hashtag is the practical way to keep up. Among the partners Riot lined up for October 1 and 2 is Giorgia Falci. Until a card goes through that pipeline or the official site, it stays material to handle with care: buying or selling off a single image is a risk that gets paid for.
