Radiance Previews Begin September 25 in Los Angeles
Riot has published the preview calendar for Radiance, Riftbound's fifth set. Everything starts on Friday, September 25 with a developer panel at the Los Angeles Regional Qualifier, 3pm Pacific — midnight in Italy, between Friday and Saturday. From there the cards are handed out in waves to more than a hundred creators, outlets and partner channels, on a schedule that runs through October 10. If you would rather not chase individual accounts, there are two shortcuts: the official Card Gallery and the #RBRadiance hashtag.
The kickoffThe Los Angeles panel opens the show
The Los Angeles Regional Qualifier is the last one of the Vendetta season and runs September 25–27 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Riot is using the occasion to stage the set's reveal panel on the Friday at 3pm Pacific, with four of the people who actually built Radiance on stage: Dave Guskin, game director, Jon Moormann, Radiance's lead designer, Brice Cox, creative director, and Michelle Mauk, the set's art director.
For everyone not in the room, Riot has promised the full recording on YouTube once the panel wraps. The official overview article, the one that usually lays out new mechanics, set size and archetypes, lands the same day.
Something is visible today, though. Riot describes an "opening act" handed to the LCS and LEC broadcasts, with the very first cards shown during the League of Legends championship streams. A taste, not the real start.

The scheduleThirteen dates, more than a hundred names
After the panel the rhythm changes. From September 28 to October 10 the previews are spread across creators, specialist sites and mainstream outlets, with a heavy presence of Chinese channels on Bilibili. Riot warns the list is not exhaustive: you will "still find more than this list captures", the announcement says.

How to followCard Gallery and hashtag
The tidy archive is the official Card Gallery, which Riot refreshes every day at 5pm Pacific with the previous day's reveals. Anyone who wants the cards the moment they drop can follow the #RBRadiance hashtag instead, which Riot points to as the single thread that catches every announcement.
One piece of housekeeping tucked into the same announcement: the latest bans take effect today, September 18. Before the next Nexus Night it is worth checking your decklist again, because preview weeks have a way of making people look forward and forget what changed right now.
Why it matters for us. The calendar concerns the Italian community more than it looks. Giorgia Falci, the only Italian name on the list, appears on October 1 and 2, and Lothar takes October 8: at least part of the set will be covered in Italian rather than translated second-hand. Around them sit the European channels — Sheep Esports, Breakflip, Riftbound Media, Léo et Brian — which usually publish at hours that suit us. And a panel at Italian midnight is a kind time zone: seeing Radiance first does not mean getting up at four in the morning, the way Asian events usually demand.
The short version
- Radiance previews start September 25 with a panel at the Los Angeles RQ: 3pm Pacific, midnight in Italy.
- Guskin, Moormann, Cox and Mauk are on stage; recording on YouTube and the overview article the same day.
- September 28 to October 10: cards across more than a hundred channels, tracked via the Card Gallery or #RBRadiance.
