Riftbound Comes to Korean: Origins in September and Demos at MSI Fan Fest

Riftbound continues its international expansion: after French, Korean will be the next language the game is printed in. The Origins set in Korean debuts in September 2026, and to celebrate, Riot has prepared something special dedicated to T1, the reigning world champions.

Korean is Riftbound’s next language

With the official «Korea Enters the Rift» announcement, Riot confirmed that Korean will be the next print language for Riftbound, with Origins in Korean arriving in September 2026. It’s the second new language after French debuted in May — a sign of a game growing fast worldwide.

To celebrate the Korean launch, the team created «something special» to commemorate T1’s victory at the League of Legends Worlds. The Korean debut also runs through MSI. Riftbound will have a booth at the MSI Fan Fest, July 3–12 at the Daejeon Convention Center II, where players can try the new localized demo decks between matches as the world’s best teams compete on stage.
