The topFive at 6-0, one unbeaten with a draw

Friday featured six rounds of Swiss, where nobody is knocked out and each round pairs you against someone on the same score. Every match was best of three. By the end of the day five players had won them all: BQO Caravaggio, first on tiebreakers, followed by NRW Bezz, HXN Gonkra, Shaßßat Shalom and NRW Rocklho. Right behind them is TTA, the only other unbeaten player but with a draw (5-0-1), and then a pack of 23 players at 5-1.

Names are shown exactly as they appear on the official UVS Games standings, team tags included.

The cutWho plays Saturday

Day 2 is open to players with no more than two losses. You can see the rule on the tournament platform itself: players who finished 4-2 are still listed as active, while those at 3-3 are marked as eliminated. The standings show 96 players with at least four wins and two losses or fewer. Another 17 players are on 3-2-1: they also have two losses, but the official event pages don't say how draws are treated, so the exact Day 2 headcount will only be clear once Round 7 pairings go up.

Games Time Pavia — official sponsor

Saturday starts at 9:00 CET with six more Swiss rounds; on Sunday the top eight play single elimination. Making the cut already pays: Day 2 players are in the running for the Foil Plated Legends from Unleashed, Vendetta and Radiance, awarded to the highest finisher with each Legend, and the top 64 earn prize money.

ItalyNine Italians into Day 2

Of the 25 Italians in the field, according to the list we checked name by name, nine are above the line. The best is Opettino, seventh at 5-1 with one of the strongest tiebreakers in the whole event. The decksDay 2 Legends are still unknown

Stuttgart runs with open decklists, but the public standings don't show which Legend each player is on, and Riot publishes the top lists only once the event is over. So tonight we can't say which Legends made it through. The starting point remains the 291 registered decks: Riven, The Exile made up 43% of the field, ahead of Kai'Sa and Kennen. If Riftbound Organized Play shares Day 2 data, we'll add it.

Why it matters to us. Nine Italians on Day 2 means nine players scoring points for Italy in the Nation Clash, which also counts main event results, and nine shots at an Italian in the top eight, where every player earns an invitation to the World Showcase in Shanghai. Tomorrow's coverage runs on Riftbound's YouTube and Twitch channels from 9:00 CET, and on our live page.

In short

  • 315 players, six rounds: Caravaggio, Bezz, Gonkra, Shalom and Rocklho end Friday at 6-0.
  • Day 2 takes players with two losses or fewer: 96 with at least four wins, plus 17 at 3-2-1 still to be confirmed.
  • Nine Italians advance, led by Opettino in seventh at 5-1. Play resumes Saturday at 9:00 CET.
