Stuttgart Day 2 meta: 47 Riven out of 96

The missing piece from Friday night is here: which Legends the 96 players returning for Day 2 of the Regional Championship Europe in Stuttgart are on. Riven, The Exile accounts for 47 of them, nearly half the field. Kai'Sa follows with 17 and Kennen with 12; thirteen Legends are still alive, seven of them with a single pilot. Round-by-round standings are in our Stuttgart live page, everything else in the complete guide.

The dataThe official Day 2 table

Once Friday's rounds wrapped, the Regional Championship released its "Meta Game Day 2" graphic, the same format used on Thursday to show the starting Legends. Each Legend gets two numbers: how many players bring it into Day 2, and its conversion rate, the share of players on that Legend who made the cut. For reference, 96 of 315 players advanced overall, just under one in three.

RivenAlready everywhere, now even more so

Going in, Riven made up 43% of submitted decklists. After six rounds she is 49% of the remaining players: 47 of 96. Her 37% conversion beats the event average, but not by much. Riven players didn't run the tables so much as keep pace, and with that many copies in the room a lot of Riven games were Riven mirrors, where someone has to lose.

Kai'Sa held steady at 33.3%, slightly above average, while Kennen, the third most popular Legend, converted only 26.7%: below the event average and the weakest showing of the big three.

Jayce, four of five

Five players registered it, four made Day 2. A small sample, but it echoes Orlando, where two Jayce decks reached the Top 8.

Rek'Sai, half through

Five players on Day 2 and half of its pilots still alive: the fourth Legend of Saturday, ahead of Master Yi, who also has four players but converted just 25%.

The cutThe numbers add up: 96

Friday night we left one question open: would the 17 players sitting at 3-2-1, with two losses and a draw, play Saturday? The official table totals 96, exactly the number of players with at least four wins and no more than two losses. That suggests the 3-2-1 players are out; Round 7 pairings will settle it.

Saturday brings six more Swiss rounds from 9:00 CET, streamed on Riftbound's YouTube and Twitch channels; Sunday is the single-elimination Top 8. Riot publishes the top decklists once the event is over.

Why it matters for us. Nine Italians are playing Day 2, and those on Riven already know half their opponents will be on the same deck: mirror skill will matter as much as Legend choice. For players at Italian stores the takeaway is simple: expect plenty of Riven at upcoming events, and if you want an alternative, Jayce and Rek'Sai came out of Friday in the best shape.

In short

  • 96 players and 13 different Legends are on Day 2 in Stuttgart.
  • Riven has 47 pilots, nearly half; then Kai'Sa (17) and Kennen (12).
  • Jayce converted four of five; Kennen and Master Yi fell below average.
  • The total of 96 suggests the 3-2-1 players did not advance.
