The price$109, and on the shelf like any other product
The Gift of the Rift Bundle is the box that marks Riftbound’s first year. We covered its contents back in August, when Riot announced it without saying what it would cost. Now we know: $109. It is also the only one of the four products for which Riot does not add “plus shipping and handling”, because it is the only one that does not go through the Riot Games Merch Store — it goes to local game stores and mass retail.
Inside are 16 booster packs — three Origins, three Spiritforged, three Unleashed, three Vendetta and four Radiance, the set that launches tomorrow — plus 36 foil Runes, a 2,000-card storage box, sleeves and one promo Legend: Akali “Rogue Assassin” as an Alt Art, meaning the same existing card reprinted with brand-new artwork. The Akali is exclusive to the English version; the Chinese one ships a Kennen instead.
The price is in dollars and reflects the US market: nobody has said yet what the box will cost in euros on a European shelf, and that will come when distributors open preorders.
The drawingsThe other three boxes are won, not bought
The remaining three all go through a drawing. It is not a sale and it is not a race to click: you register for free on the Riot Games Merch Store within a three-day window, and if you are selected you get an email and then have 24 hours to pay, or you lose your slot.
| Product | Price | Registration | Selectee emails |
|---|---|---|---|
| K/DA Couture Collection | $150 + shipping | October 27, 5:00 pm to October 30, 5:00 pm | November 3 |
| T1 2025 Worlds Champion Player Bundle | $70 + shipping | November 13, 6:00 pm to November 16, 6:00 pm | November 17 |
| Riftbound x Worlds 2026 Edition | $80 + shipping | November 13, 6:00 pm to November 16, 6:00 pm | November 17 |
Those times are converted from the 9:00 am Pacific slots Riot lists. Mind the clock change: on October 27 Italy is already on winter time while the United States is not, so the K/DA window opens at 5:00 pm Italian time; by November the gap is back to normal. We wrote about the K/DA collection yesterday; today Riot adds that it will also be sold on site at Convergence Fest, December 11-13.
WorldsThe two Worlds boxes finally have dates
T1 Player Bundle
Five Champion cards from the 2025 world champions carrying the official T1 skin splash art, plus a deck box, a binder, sleeves and a D12 die that comes out gold in some boxes. Same five champions as the $360 Signature Edition, but with different Alt Arts and no serial numbers.
Worlds 2026 Edition
The promo Legend Yasuo “Unforgiven” and three promo Battlefields — the cards that act as the contested locations — named after the Worlds host cities. Buy online and you also get the Worlds Unvaulted Capsule 2026, redeemable in League of Legends. Fulfillment from mid-December.
On the Worlds 2026 Edition we reported on October 7 that a drawing existed but had no dates. Now it does. One correction is ours to make as well: in Riot’s own article the three promo Battlefield cities are Los Angeles, Allen and New York, not Dallas as had circulated. Allen is the Texas town hosting the Worlds quarterfinals and semifinals. Both boxes will also be sold in person, but only in the United States: in Allen and at the Worlds Fan Fest in New York, across November.
Why it matters for us. Of these four boxes, Gift of the Rift is the only one players in Italy can actually count on: it reaches shops through normal distribution on December 4, in time for the holidays, and it is the cheapest way to crack packs from all five 2026 sets in one go. The other three depend on the Riot Games Merch Store drawing, and Riot does not say which countries may enter: September’s Radiance drawing was open to us with prices in euros, but that is no guarantee. The in-person sales are all in the United States.
In short
- Gift of the Rift Bundle: $109, in stores from December 4, no drawing needed.
- K/DA Couture Collection: $150, registration October 27-30, emails on November 3.
- T1 Player Bundle ($70) and Worlds 2026 Edition ($80): registration November 13-16, emails on the 17th.
- Selectees get 24 hours to pay; every in-person sale is in the United States.
