How the seasons are worked out

Events do not say which set they belong to, so the windows were derived from the data: the day with the most release events is the launch weekend, cross-checked against monthly activity spikes. A set's rating is what a player had at the end of that window, not an Elo recomputed from scratch — that would be a different thing. The threshold is lower than the overall ranking because a season lasts months, not a year.

Ratings recomputed on 2026-09-02 05:41. The calculation runs twice a day on public standings from UVS Games events: between runs the scores do not change.
