The offerThree boxes, and only before the event
The news came from the official organized play account, @RiftboundOP, on Friday 30 October at 20:23 UTC. It says three things. First: any European Regional Championship ticket lets you pre-order three Radiance booster boxes. Second: that quantity is available during this pre-sale only — once the doors open, the window is gone. Third: the pre-sale does not replace the box that comes with every badge on site, it is added on top.
A Radiance box holds 24 packs of 14 cards. Buy everything and you walk away with four: the three reserved now, plus the one collected at the venue, where the choice is between Unleashed, Vendetta or another Radiance box.
How it worksThe same Tixr page as the side events
Orders go through the Regional Championship Tixr page — the one that opened on Friday 30 October at 9:00 CET for side event registration and for the Worlds Bundle. You need a ticket first: the pre-sale is tied to it, not open to everyone.
| What | How many | When and where |
|---|---|---|
| Radiance booster boxes on pre-sale | 3 per ticket | Now, on Tixr |
| Box included with the badge: Unleashed, Vendetta or another Radiance | 1 per badge | At the venue, 6-8 November |
What is missingThere is no price
The announcement does not say how much the three boxes cost, by when they have to be reserved, or where they are handed over — whether they must be picked up in person at Messe Stuttgart or are shipped. The Tixr page cannot be read without access, so none of those three details can be verified from outside right now. The only public benchmark is Riot's own recommended price of 127.99 € per display: whether the pre-sale matches it is something only ticket holders can see.
Why it matters to us. Italian players heading to Stuttgart — and there are plenty, with Italy fielding a team in the Nation Clash — have to decide now rather than at the venue, because the three-box window shuts before the event. It is worth doing the maths calmly: Radiance is easy to find in Italy, so any advantage lies entirely in the price and in not having to carry four boxes through an airport. Anyone aiming at the Draft and Sealed side events already gets product with the entry fee, and an extra box buys them very little.
The short version
- Any Regional Championship Europe ticket can pre-order three Radiance booster boxes.
- That quantity exists in the pre-sale only: on site it stays one box per badge, between Unleashed, Vendetta and Radiance.
- Orders go through the event's Tixr page, the same one used for side events and the Worlds Bundle.
- Price, deadline and collection method have not been announced.
