The placeWhat the Altar to Unity is
Next to the main event and side event tables, Messe Stuttgart has an area for players who are not in the tournament, or who want something else to do between rounds. It is called the Altar to Unity, and that is where almost the whole schedule lives: only one session, Sunday's dance lesson, is listed as being next to it rather than inside it. The official page lists no entry fee and no sign-up, so these are drop-in activations inside the halls, which means you need the weekend badge to reach them.
Each slot has a name attached to it: the creators of the Riftbound scene host them, and in several cases a booster pack or a house prize is on the line. They sit alongside the two things Riot had already announced for the same corner of the venue, the Hall of Legends, where you can meet creators and play a casual game, and the roaming cosplayers moving through the show floor.

Friday 6Quizzes, drawings and dad jokes
The weekend opens at 10:00 with Kairi Ahri's Ahri Challenge, a one-on-one game built out of charades, card art zoomed in until it stops being recognisable, draw-and-guess rounds and Ahri trivia; the winner walks away with a booster pack. Next comes The Riftbound Radio by Rifties, a quiz on Riot and League of Legends music with a daily leaderboard and a prize for whoever tops it (the page prints "12:30AM – 2:00PM", so the start is plainly half past twelve in the afternoon).
From 13:00 to 17:00 Kirisin runs Riftbaddies, a table where you decorate toploaders — the rigid sleeves single cards live in — with washi tape and stickers. At 15:00 it is DrawBound by Deck Demon, drawing and guessing for prizes. At 17:30, Phokky's Dad-Joke-Challenge: keep a straight face through his jokes and the booster is yours. At 18:30 the BOMBA Corner, a meet and greet and Q&A with Sloppy Walrus.
Saturday 7Painting on cards
Saturday's centrepiece is Alter a Rune at 10:30, a card-altering workshop — alters are cards painted over by hand — hosted by Glace Studio and Felipe Ponce, with paint markers and runes as the first exercise. From 13:30 Khasino brings the Yes/No Game: up to ten yes-or-no questions to identify a random champion or card, several rounds and a grand prize. At 14:00, Guess the champ by Mhiiing, where a splash-art silhouette is all you get and a correct call wins a booster.
At 18:00 comes the oddest idea of the weekend: Twisted Fates, a casual format invented by Felipe Ponce and Glace Studio. You play one-on-one with Radiance preconstructed decks, and the first time you score in a turn you roll a six-sided die that sets the chaos level — Demacia, Noxus or Void. At 19:30 there is half an hour of meet and greet with the pros.
Sunday 8The official Riftbound dance
On Sunday, while the Top 8 plays out on the main stage, Kairi Ahri teaches the official Riftbound dance at 10:30 in K/DA Ahri cosplay: you learn it, the group performs it, and the performance is filmed. She then stays in character for photos and autographs. Khasino's Yes/No Game returns from 12:30, and at 13:00 Kirisin closes the weekend with Riftbound and League of Legends trivia where players pick their own difficulty and the prizes scale with it.

Why it matters to us. A Stuttgart badge is not cheap and neither is the trip, and the main event is closed to anyone without an invite: for Italian players travelling without one, this schedule is a good share of what there actually is to do across those three days, next to the side events, the Prize Wall and the Artist Alley. These are also the hours when the Italian contingent runs into itself — Nation Clash crowns the country with the best points average, and meeting beforehand helps. The times are already fixed, so it is worth slotting them around the tournaments you plan to enter when tickets open on Friday, October 30.
The short version
- Thirteen community activities over three days, nearly all in the Altar to Unity area at Messe Stuttgart.
- Riftbound creators host them: quizzes, drawing games, toploader decorating, a card-altering workshop, meet and greets.
- Sunday at 10:30 you can learn the official Riftbound dance with a K/DA Ahri cosplayer, with a meet and greet after.
- The official page lists no fee and no sign-up: they sit inside the halls, so the weekend badge is what you need.
